Emanuel Voska

My name is Emanuel Voska but most people know me as Manny. I will be going into my 4th school year at Sky Academy Englewood as a Physical Education Teacher. I am heavily involved in athletics and coached the cross country and tennis teams last year. My goal in education is to cultivate resilient and responsible members of society through a focus on health and human behavior. I aim to teach students strategies and life skills that lead to stability, success and life satisfaction as they progress into young adults. 

I hold a Bachelor degree from California State University Sacramento and a Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. I am a two time Ironman triathlon finisher (Ironman California & Chattanooga), who enjoys playing any sport you can think of. When not playing sports, I enjoy officiating and have become certified in Basketball and Football. Over summer and on days off you’ll most likely find me on the Golf Course where I’ve dropped my handicap into the single digits. My fiancee and I have two dogs who love the dog park. If you ask your student about me, they will probably tell you I sing out loud all day long and give really solid high fives.
